SHIPPING & RETURN  POLICY

While we hope you love everything in your order, we understand that sometimes it’s not always a perfect fit. The Word offers returns on full price merchandise only. 

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.theword.shop/, please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

* Please note that there is a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. 

Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • We cannot refund or take returns on product that has been worn or used.

  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer. We do not provide return labels.

  • The Word reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS  

  • In order to ensure the safest business practices for our customers, staff and faculties, we are not accepting international returns at this time.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
